First let me start by saying sorry i've been gone for a lil while. I moved into our house Tuesday and its been a crazy week and the weekend is looking just as crazy right now!
I wanted to blog today and update a bit on a product i've been using which is called rapunzel.
Its biotin in a liquid form. Which is fabulous because i'm NOT a huge fan of taking pills. So this is a happy change for me the cute little amber bottle is small enough I have been able to keep it in my purse throughout this moving stuff. Ive managed to not forget to take my doses.
Its simple you put one drop on your tongue or in coffee or whatever. Its delish! Tastes like sweet vanilla and its super good! No bad after taste. I will say that i think this might be the time I conclude that Biotin for my just doesn't make my hair grow. ( im pretty sure i'm the exception to this ) My nails grow fabulous on biotin! This is a faster acting product and my nails thankfully are growing quite well!
For whatever reason my hair just doesn't respond to biotin I wish i knew why but it just doesn't.
I do love the rapunzel liquid biotin because Its super easy to keep with me so even if i forget to take it in the morning i can just take it anywhere no water or drinks required!
